What you find
Every Thursday morning stalls line Bardolino's lakefront. They sell clothing and household goods alongside groceries and fresh, artisan and local food products. It is one of the best-known markets on the eastern shore, with the lake as a backdrop.
Tips
On market days the lakefront road (Lungolago Cipriani and Riva Mandracci) is closed to traffic and parking from about 06:30 to 15:00, and parked cars are towed. The market is cancelled on some festival Thursdays, such as the Palio del Chiaretto in June and the Festa dell'Uva e del Vino in early October, and made up on a later Sunday.

Getting to Bardolino
By car, leave the A22 at Affi – Lago di Garda Sud. The nearest station is Peschiera del Garda, from where ATV line 483 follows the shore through Lazise to Bardolino; lines 162–164 run from Verona, also bookable with a train as Garda Link. Boats stop at Bardolino and Cisano.
