Getting to Salò
Salò has no railway; the nearest stations are Desenzano del Garda and Brescia. Arriva's R-Link RL204 runs Desenzano – Padenghe – Raffa – Salò daily from about 7:00 to 23:00, and RL202-1 runs Brescia – Gavardo – Salò – Gargnano every half hour. LN027 continues up the west shore to Gargnano, Limone and Riva del Garda, and Salò is a regular Navigazione Laghi ferry stop.
The historic centre is a limited traffic zone (ZTL), so leave the car outside it; the town lists the multi-storey car park (autosilo) on Viale Landi and the Piazzale Martiri car park among its parking options.
