Non solo di marzo: Don't Look at Me, Meet Me

About the event

A new date in the "Non solo di marzo" series, promoted by the Tavolo intercomunale contro la violenza di genere Alto Garda e Ledro, together with the Comunità Alto Garda e Ledro and the Coordinamento Teatrale Trentino.

On Tuesday 8 September, from 9:00 to 11:00, a training session takes place at the office of the Comunità Alto Garda e Ledro with Professor Stefania Cavagnoli, full professor of language teaching and applied linguistics at the University of Rome Tor Vergata and deputy coordinator of the Grammatica e sessismo research centre.

The session is reserved for teachers at schools in Alto Garda e Ledro.

Getting to Dro

From the north, leave the A22 at Trento Nord and follow the SS45bis south through the Valle dei Laghi and the Sarca valley; from the south, exit at Rovereto Sud/Lago di Garda Nord and drive towards Arco, continuing north up the valley. The nearest railway stations are Trento and Rovereto, both with Trentino Trasporti bus connections to Garda Trentino. A cycle path runs along the Sarca from Arco towards Fies.

Parking: In Dro there is parking on Via Battisti, Piazza Garibaldi and Via Capitelli, the side streets around Piazza Repubblica.

About Dro

Dro sits in the Sarca valley a few kilometres north of Arco, where the valley floor is buried under the Marocche: a vast chaos of limestone blocks left by post-glacial landslides, now a nature reserve with scattered dinosaur footprints discovered in 2000.
