Comic workshop at the library

About the event

Comics are back at the library in Dro. Comic artist Marco Tabilio guides kids through the art and technique of making comics.

The session lasts about two and a half hours and is free for ages 11 and up, with limited spots.

Getting to Dro

From the north, leave the A22 at Trento Nord and follow the SS45bis south through the Valle dei Laghi and the Sarca valley; from the south, exit at Rovereto Sud/Lago di Garda Nord and drive towards Arco, continuing north up the valley. The nearest railway stations are Trento and Rovereto, both with Trentino Trasporti bus connections to Garda Trentino. A cycle path runs along the Sarca from Arco towards Fies.

Parking: In Dro there is parking on Via Battisti, Piazza Garibaldi and Via Capitelli, the side streets around Piazza Repubblica.

About Dro

Dro sits in the Sarca valley a few kilometres north of Arco, where the valley floor is buried under the Marocche: a vast chaos of limestone blocks left by post-glacial landslides, now a nature reserve with scattered dinosaur footprints discovered in 2000.
