A small Sunday farmers' market on Via Roma where local producers sell fruit and vegetables. The tourist board lists it as starting at 08:00 but gives no closing time.

Getting to Castelnuovo del Garda

Castelnuovo is a few minutes from the Peschiera del Garda exit of the A4 motorway. The nearest main railway station is Peschiera del Garda on the Milan–Venice line, where a shuttle bus runs to Gardaland. ATV buses connect the area with Verona and the lake towns.

About Castelnuovo del Garda

Castelnuovo del Garda lies just inland from the south-east corner of the lake, 18 km west of Verona, and is best known as the home of Gardaland. The theme park opened in 1975 and has grown into a resort with around 38 attractions, eight roller coasters, a SEA LIFE aquarium, the LEGOLAND Water Park and three themed hotels.
